Disappointing
"I was somewhat excited when we first entered the space, not sure what I expected. The display and the lighting was amazing. They really transformed the space, it appeared. We thought we would be able to try all three rides, but we stood in line for an hour just to get on one. It looked like a cheesy dinosaur themed carnival when we got to the other side where the interactive game and rides were. We didn’t see the show thanks to our time on line (the show happened twice while we were waiting on line). After the ride, we were ready to go. However, we noticed on our way out that there was more to see. I thought the ocean component would be better. Nope. This time, we entered the ocean themed part of the cheesy carnival. My first and last time checking out Disney On Ice."
Concert was GREAT! But we got screwed with seats!
Thank God they played the majority of the concert on the main stage. Overall, it was complete and utter nonsense despite our seats being fantastic. Why is there a two-story sound booth?!? And we had obstructed view seats that were not mentioned at all during the ticket purchase. The sound booth was two stories high and covered by tenting. We sat with the floor in front of us just off to the right (facing the stage) and could not see the small front stage at all! Anyone in that section should get at least a partial refund. And why was the small front stage set off to the left. Just be upfront if the small stage is in the middle or the sound booth is one story.
Bonnie was good. James, there are no words....I loved him.
"I had seen Disney On Ice almost 50 years ago and they still have it. Love the Carolina parts. They, as we all are getting older. They have a way of making you feel like you've known them your whole life. Bonnie was good. I wish we could have had seats a little further toward the middle. We were on stage left and could not see the whole background of the films that were behind them. Really enjoyed the band with them especially the man who looked like Albert Einstien...LOL. He played several instruments. I enjoyed the concert. The violinist is the same one who was with them in Charleston and she is very talented. As for Disney On Ice, I love them. I saw them in Charleston two years ago, and they were alone. I've seen them in concert many times, and they still are my favorite. I've been a fan since I was a teenager, and loved them then and still do. There is no one who is better that JT. We drove to Columbia this time from Charleston and that was a hassle, so please reconsider having them come back to Charleston next tour."
The Color Purple Was Fabulous!!!
The Disney On Ice Play was excellent! All of us made very positive comments from the singing, acting, scenes, and overall performance. The play was funny, emotional, and uplifting... I took my mom and other family members to see the play in Atlanta, GA. And of course, Fantasia was excellent and gave chills up the spine... We enjoyed the play, more than the movie, not taking anything away from the movie... It did get in touch with the emotions, too. We spent the weekend there, and the play was one of our culminating events... folks applauding throughout.... I would encourage all to see... You won't be disappointed.

Andre's voice is as strong and mello as ever. We waited in a very very long line for over 2 hours! And the parking lots were full and not so full and closed. Overall a wonderful experience. Great performance. I realize this has nothing to do with you but the parking situation was handled badly. A treat to have his son and daughter sing as well. Ended up parking on the street a mile away. Say it put a damper on the experience. We gave ourselves 2 hours to get to the arena that would normally take 25 minutes.
